复发性流产(recurrent miscarriage, RM)是严重影响育龄女性的生殖健康问题，病因复杂，研究证实维生素D不足可能与RM发病率增加有关。本文主要从维生素D的代谢与功能、复发性流产的发病机制、及两者的关系等方面系统详述维生素D补充在复发性流产治疗中的重要潜力，为RPL患者提供更有效的治疗方案。Recurrent miscarriage (RM) is a complex reproductive health problem that severely affects women of childbearing age, and studies have confirmed that vitamin D insufficiency may be associated with an increased incidence of RM. This article systematically details the important potential of vitamin D supplementation in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage from the aspects of vitamin D metabolism and function, the pathogenesis of recurrent miscarriage, and the relationship between the two, so as to provide more effective treatment options for patients with RPL.
