原发性肠系膜肿瘤在女性中较罕见，临床表现缺乏特异性，患者常因盆腔或腹腔肿块、下腹部坠胀感就诊于妇科，术前较容易误诊为卵巢肿瘤，本文详细叙述了一例年轻女性肠系膜间叶组织良性肿瘤的诊疗过程，并对相关文献进行复习，旨在总结该病的临床诊疗经验，提升妇科医生对女性非妇科来源盆腔肿物的认识，为临床诊断与治疗这类患者提供参考。Primary mesenteric tumors are relatively rare in females, and their clinical manifestations lack specificity. Patients often visit the gynecology department due to pelvic or abdominal masses and a sense of abdominal distension in the lower abdomen. It is relatively easy to misdiagnose these tumors as ovarian tumors before surgery. This article elaborates in detail on the diagnosis and treatment process of a benign mesenchymal tumor of the mesenteric mesenchymal tissue in a young female, and reviews relevant literature. The purpose is to summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of this disease, improve gynecologists’ understanding of pelvic masses in females that do not originate from the gynecological system, and provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such patients.
