摘要：
Background: Previous studies have reported that fibroblasts
play an important role in the development of systemic lupus
erythematosus (SLE), however the causal relationship between
fibroblasts and SLE is not clear. Therefore, this study aimed to
explore the causal relationship between fibroblastic disorder and SLE through bidirectional Mendelian randomization (MR)
analysis.
