To the Editor, Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common histological subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), accounting for about 30 % of NHL. DLBCL is a spectrum of aggressive B-cell lymphomas with remarkable clinical and molecular heterogeneity.1 First-line chemotherapy based on the ReCHOP regimen lays the foundation for the treatment of DLBCL. We report a case of DLBCL in the nasopharynx, and the patient came to the hospital for “nasal obstruction”. CT showed a mass measuring approximately 4.5x2.7 in the nasopharynx, and multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the bilateral parapharyngeal spaces and neck (Fig. 1A). After nasopharyngeal biopsy was performed, the immunohistochemistry showed DLBCL (Fig. 1E). Bone marrow puncture showed no abnormality; LDH was normal; IPI was 0 points; and the patient's disease stage was IIB.
